Vintage Noritake “Silvester” 6340 Fine China Dinner Service – 80 Pieces – Service for 12 – Japan, Circa 1960s

This is an elegant and exceptionally preserved vintage fine china dinner service by Noritake Japan in the highly sought-after “Silvester” pattern (#6340), which was produced 1962–1973. This timeless pattern features a refined etched platinum floral border on luminous white porcelain, offering a sophisticated blend of Mid-Century Modern restraint and classic formal dining elegance.

Great opportunity to purchase a full set in pristine condition. It does not appear to have been used and if it has it was handled very carefully. No gray utensil marks, cracks, chips or crazing. I only found a couple surface scuffs, only noticeable when viewed at an angle in certain light, likely from plates sitting on each other. Set includes the full zippered storage bags.
