Solid Brass Folding Fish Koi Bookends - Pair

A striking pair of vintage solid brass folding bookends featuring sculptural koi fish motifs. These bookends fold flat on brass hinges. The raised fish forms are beautifully detailed, with engraved scales and flowing lines that add texture and visual depth.

The brass has developed a warm, aged patina with subtle variations in tone, giving them an authentic vintage character.  These have not been polished, left in original condition.
