Pair MCM Table Lamps - Lava style glaze

Handcrafted with a bold, rounded form and flared neck, each lamp features richly layered earth-tone glazes in green, ochre, rust, and blue, evoking the organic textures of lava pottery. The vibrant horizontal striping adds depth and movement to the sculptural shape.

These lamps do not have a maker's mark but are consistent with smaller scale manufacturing of high end 1950-1970 ceramic lamps catering to the interior design firms of the time. They mimic Martz glaze style, but lack proper markings for attribution. Cord and harp affirm accurate dating.

Each lamp has variation in color and tone in glaze application. There is surface texture throughout. Please note the white "pox" marks in the light green sections, this gives a lava glaze appearance and is not a defect or damage.
