Black Amethyst Petite Vase

This vintage black amethyst glass jar features a deep, glossy black appearance that reveals a deep red/purple hue when backed by light - a signature of early 20th century American pressed glass. With a gentle flared rim and round body, it makes a striking accent piece, unique storage or the base for a beautful floral arrangement. Likely produced by Anchor Hocking or Imperial Glass between 1930-1950

Dimensions: 4"D x 3.5"H

Condition: Minor surface scuffing. Two Manufacturing inconsistencies are visible - "Wrinkle" or straw mark on the surface and one bubble on the surface which can be felt on the inside of the vase.
